We collect only what an order needs: your name, shipping address, email and order contents. Payment details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment providers and never touch our servers.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views in aggregate. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, ever.

Email: we send transactional messages (order confirmation, shipping notice) to every customer, and marketing emails only where you explicitly opted in. Every marketing message carries a one-click unsubscribe. Canadian subscribers are protected by CASL and may withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies: a small cart cookie keeps your shopping cart, and analytics cookies count traffic. No advertising trackers run on this site.

Data retention: order records are kept as long as tax law requires, then deleted. Request deletion of your data anytime at [email protected].
