Where we ship: United States, Canada and Mexico (more countries as our carriers clear them).

How it looks: every parcel ships in a plain, unmarked box or mailer with a neutral sender name. The words on the label are boring on purpose.

Speed: orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically runs 6–12 business days to the US and Canada and 8–15 business days to Mexico after dispatch, barring carrier delays.

Cost: flat $8.00 per order, free on orders over $49 after discounts. Duties and import taxes, if any, are the customer's responsibility under each country's de minimis rules.

Tracking: sent to your email the moment the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
