Returns

Hygiene first: for health reasons, intimate products can only be returned if sealed and unopened in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

Defects are different: if an item arrives faulty, tell us within 30 days and we replace it or refund it fully — opened or not. A photo of the issue usually speeds this to same-day.

Wrong item shipped by us: we cover everything, including return postage.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being accepted.
